Would you like to become a user of PRM System? Set up an account. Fill out the registration form, accept the Terms of Service and make the initial payment (20 PLN). Then, click on the verification link which you will receive by email. You will receive a text message and, separately, an email from us with a PIN number to your account.

That’s it; you may now start using the system of Poznański Rower Miejski.

You may carry out registration through the website, mobile application, at the station by the terminal or through our Customer Centre, open 24/7, at 61 666 80 80.

2. Rent a bike

PRM3G bike rental is possible by means of:

  • PRM mobile application: scan the OR code on the bike and select the tab MENU -> RENT A BIKE and then enter the bike’s number. Press RENT A BIKE.
  • Terminal: press RENTAL/RETURN. Indicate the mobile telephone number and PIN or place the paired up RFID card on the reader ( how to connect User Account with a RFID contactless ). Then, follow the instructions displayed on the screen.
  • Contact our hotline.

PRM4G bikes may be rented by means of:

  • PRM mobile application: scan the QR code located on a bike, select the tab MENU -> RENT A BIKE and then enter the bike’s number. Press RENT A BIKE. The code will be displayed on the screen which needs to be entered on the bike’s on-board computer.
  • On-board computer: enter the mobile telephone number on the on-board computer as well as the PIN code or place the paired up RFID card on the reader.
  • Contact our hotline.

3. Return a bike

Would you like to return the bike?

PRM3 bikes may be returned by means of:

  • electric lock: enter the bike into the electric lock at PRM3G station. Double sound signal will confirm correct bike return.
  • Digital lock (rope): if there is no free space at the PRM3G station. Connect the PRM3G bike with a digital lock to the ear of the selected stand or to another bike. Shuffle the digits. Then, approach the terminal. Press RENTAL/RETURN and follow the instructions displayed on the screen or carry out your bike return by means of PRM mobile application.

Remember that children bikes may be rented and returned only at dedicated stations.

PRM4G bikes may be returned by means of:

  • on-board computer: select the “OK” button on it. Then, manually close the FORK LOCK blockade and the front wheel. The bike will confirm correct return with a sound signal and a message on the display.

PRM4G bikes may be returned within the PRM4G zone, at PRM3G stations and in other places of your choice, located within the PRM zone. Remember! PRM4G bike return outside of the PRM3G station or PRM4G zone will cost additional 5 PLN.

Frequently asked questions

CAN I RENT PRM BIKES WITH AN ACCOUNT SET UP IN A DIFFERENT BIKE SYSTEM?

Yes. PRM System is compatible with other Nextbike systems, which means that setting up an account in one of the systems enables the use of bike rental stations in other cities, provided that these systems allows for such a possibility.

CAN MINORS HAVE AN ACCOUNT AT PRM SYSTEM

Yes, as long as they are above 13 years of age and their parent or legal guardian grants consent for this. Such consent must be scanned and sent in an electronic/hardcopy format to the address of the operator. Sample consent is available in the TERMS OF SERVICE tab. During registration, details of the minor who will be using the system must be indicated.

CAN I REGISTER TWO ACCOUNTS USING THE SAME TELEPHONE NUMBER?

No. Within PRM System one telephone number enables registration of one User.

HOW TO REGISTER AND ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT?

Would you like to become a user of PRM System?
Step 1: Fill out the registration form available on the website.
Step 2: Accept the Terms of Service
Step 3: Make the initial payment of 20 PLN.
Step 4: Click on the link sent to you via email indicated during registration.
Further verification will be automatic. Once the payment is recorded by us, your account will be activated and you will be able to use urban bikes.
You may carry out registration also by means of our application, terminal or by calling our Customer Centre, available 24/7, at 61 666 80 80.

WHERE CAN I RETURN THE BIKE?

PRM3G bikes may be returned at  one of PRM3G stations. Remember that children bikes may be rented and returned only at the dedicated stations: Termy Maltańskie, Malta Ski, Rondo Środka.

Rower standardowy PRM3G możesz również wypożyczyć i zwrócić na stacjach w Luboniu oraz Komornikach.

PRM4G bikes may be returned in PRM4G zone, at PRM3G station and in other locations of your choice within the PRM user zone.

Remember! PRM4G bike return outside of the PRM3G station or PRM4G zone will cost an additional fee of 5 PLN.

Do not leave the bike in a prohibited zone (i.e. in vicinity of water reservoirs, rivers or sandy areas) nor leaning against a tree or historic architectural elements (i.e. monuments).

WHAT CAN I DO IF I CANNOT RETURN A BIKE?

HOW TO RETURN A BIKE?

WHERE CAN I RENT A BIKE?

PRM3G bikes may be rented from PRM3G bike stations. Remember that children bikes may be rented and returned solely at the dedicated stations: Termy Maltańskie, Malta Ski, Rondo Środka.

Standard bikes PRM3G may also be rented and returned at the Luboń and Komorniki stations.

PRM4G bikes may be rented in or outside the PRM4G zone, as well as at PRM3G stations, provided that PRM4G bikes are located there.

You may check whether a given bike is available by scanning its QR code.

The locations of PRM3G stations and of PRM4G zones are available on the website, in the tab MAP OF STATIONS as well as in the mobile application.

HOW TO RENT A BIKE?

PRM3G Bike rental  is possible through:

  • PRM mobile application: scan the QR code on the bike or select the tab MENU -> RENT A BIKE and enter its number. Press RENT A BIKE.
  • Terminal: press RENTAL/RETURN. Indicate the mobile telephone number and PIN or place the paired up RFID card on the reader. Then, proceed according to the instructions displayed on the screen
  • Contact our hotline

Upon rental, your PRM3G bike will be automatically released from the electric lock. If the bike is secured with a rope, digital lock may be released by means of a 4-digit code. It is available in the mobile application, on the terminal (when renting through the terminal) and at our hotline.

Rental of PRM4G bikes may be carried out by means of:

  • PRM mobile application: scan the QR code on the bike or select the tab MENU -> RENT A BIKE and enter its number. Press RENT A BIKE. The code will be displayed on the screen, enter it on the keyboard of the on-board computer.
  • On-board computer: enter the mobile telephone number of the on-board computer as well as PIN code or place the paired up RFID card on the reader.
  • Contact our hotline.

Once rental of PRM4G bike is successful, the FORK LOCK blockade will be released. Remove the blockade from the wheel and connect it with  a handle located on the handlebars.

HOW CAN I TOP UP MY ACCOUNT?

You can top up your account after logging in to our mobile application or website and selecting the tab TOP UP YOUR ACCOUNT. Available methods of payment include, among others, payment card, bank transfer or BLIK.

You also make your payment via card at the terminal.

HOW CAN I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?

Account removal instruction may be sent to the email address: bok@poznanskirower.pl or our mailing address:

Remember! Before you delete the account, make sure your account has a balance equal to 0 PLN. If you have unused means on the account, indicate a bank account number to which they are to be refunded.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY DATA ON THE ACOCUNT?

You may change data after logging onto the website, in the tab „Account settings”. Are you using PRM application? Change your data after selecting the option “My Account”.

Your data will be updated on the account automatically, after verification of their correctness by our Customer Centre – you don’t have to do anything else.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY ACCOUNT STATUS?

You can check your account balance on the website – it will appear as the first information you see after logging in.
Are you using our mobile application? You can check your account balance in the tab MY ACCOUNT.

I FORGOT THE PIN CODE TO MY ACCOUNT, WHAT CAN I DO?

Did you forget your PIN code?  Select option LOG IN on the website and then click on I FORGOT PIN; a new PIN number will be sent to you via a text message.

Are you using our mobile application? Select REMIND PIN. You will receive a new PIN code for logging in on the telephone number assigned to your account.

In case of lack of possibility of using the above indicated methods, contact our Customer Centre, open 24/7, at 61 666 80 80.

WHAT IS A FORK LOCK BLOCKADE?

FORK LOCK blockade is a mechanism designated to secure PRM4G bikes, consisting of a FORK LOCK lock, placed in the fork of the bike’s front wheel and a rope, integrated with the bike’s basket which can be pinned into the FORK LOCK lock. During the ride the blockade remains open.

Without closing the FORK LOCK blockade you will not be able to complete rental of PRM4G bikes. The blockade also serves the purpose of securing the bike for the duration of STANDSTILL (PARKING) option.

WHAT IS THE USER ZONE WITHIN THE PRM SYSTEM?

You may use Poznański Rower Miejski within administrative borders of the City of Poznań, excluding the prohibited zone.

Remember that PRM3G bikes may be rented and returned at all PRM3G stations. Whilst PRM4G bikes may be returned at PRM3G stations and within PRM4G zones without any additional fees.

I HAD AN ACCIDENT ON AN URBAN BIKE – WHERE SHOULD I REPORT IT?

In case when during rental of a bike an accident or collision occurs, write a statement and/or call the Police to the site. Moreover, remember to inform our Customer Centre, open 24/7, by calling us at 61 666 80 80, within the maximum time of up to 24 hours from the incident.

BIKE THEFT – WHAT TO DO?

Your rented bike has been stolen? You need to inform our Consultant immediately, by contacting our 24/7 Customer Centre at 61 666 80 80.

MY RENTED BIKE HAS A DEFECT – WHAT CAN I DO?

Information containing the bike number and your description of the defect should be passed on by means of our mobile application, contact form or by calling our 24/7 Customer Centre at 61 666 80 80. Our maintenance team will remove the defect as soon as possible and your submission will help us act faster!

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

You may cancel your reservation within 15 minutes from making it.

Go to RESERVATIONS on the website and click on CANCEL RESERVATION. Are you using the PRM mobile application? Select MY RENTALS, click on DETAILS and then on CANCEL.

HOW LONG WILL MY RESERVATION BE VALID?

Your reserved PRM4G bike will await you for the maximum of 15 minutes, after which time your reservation will be automatically cancelled and the bike will become available for other Users.

 

 

HOW CAN I RESERVE A BIKE?

Reservation concerns PRM4G bikes. You may reserve any bike which is at the station or a free-standing bike.

Log in to the application or go to the website. Find a free-standing bike you wish to reserve on the map, click on it and then, proceed in line with the displayed instructions.

When reserving a bike from the station, simply click on the “pin”, located on the map, which symbolizes a given station an then also follow the instructions displayed on the screen. REMEMBER! During registration no specific bike number is assigned, therefore in case there are several available bikes at a given station, you will be able to select the bike you wish to rent at the station.

You may check your reservation in our application, in the RENTALS tab or on the website in RESERVATIONS -> ACTIVE RESERVATIONS tab.

Your reserved PRM4G bike will await you for a maximum of 15 minutes. You may reserve up to four bikes at once.

WHAT IS A STANDSTILL (PARKING)?

Do you need to take a break during rental without having to return the bike? Press the “P” button on the on-board computer of PRM4G bike. Then, manually close the FORK LOCK blockade. Once you’re ready to finish standstill, simply press the “P” button again, enter the blockade code and release the FORK LOCK blockade.

Code for the blockade is displayed in the application. If you want to rent a bike by means of RFID card, you will receive the code to blockade via text message.

The maximum standstill time amounts to 60 minutes and it is included into the time of rental.

HOW CAN I SECURE THE BIKE FOR THE TIME OF STANDSTILL DURING RENTAL?

For the duration of standstill you can secure the PRM4G bike with FORK LOCK blockade. Remember! You need to first select letter “P” on an on-board computer and then lock the FORK LOCK blockade.

HOW LONG CAN I CONTINUE USING THE OPTION OF STANDSTILL (PARKING)?

The maximum duration of standstill is 60 minutes. After this time, the bike will be automatically returned within the system.

Standstill time is included into the time of rental.

IS STANDSTILL (PARKING) INLUDED IN THE DURATION OF RENTAL?

Yes, standstill is included into the duration of rental. Remember also that selecting the option of STANDSTILL does not constitute bike return.

HOW CAN I FINISH STANDSTILL?

When you wish to finish standstill, simply press the “P” button on an on-board computer of PRM4G bike, enter the blockade code and release the FORK LOCK blockade.

Code for the blockade is displayed in the application. If you want to rent a bike by means of RFID card, you will receive the code to blockade via text message. You may also finish standstill (parking) by placing the RFID card, previously paired up with your account, on the reader located on the bike. This will enable unlocking of the FORK LOCK blockade.
